Do I need a fully defined specification before getting started?
No - in fact, clients have a greater chance of success if we help you define the requirements for a product early.
Some requirements may not be feasible, some may conflict with one another (small product size vs long battery life - these are challenging to balance and get right), and some may not be things your end customers/users even value.
Most clients come to us with an idea, problem, or rough concept rather than a complete specification.
